The Voisnap Agency Platform allows you to offer a fully white-labeled voice AI service to your clients under your own brand. Your clients log into your branded portal, build and deploy agents, and pay you — they never see the Voisnap name.

Architecture
The platform has three layers:
Agency layer (you)
- Your agency account manages all client tenants
- You set usage limits, billing rates, and branding
- You have API access to all client tenants
- Agency roles:
AgencyManager,AgencyTechnicalManager,AgencyAccountManager
Tenant layer (your clients)
- Each client has an isolated tenant with their own agents, numbers, knowledge bases, and conversations
- Clients interact with the white-labeled portal
- Tenant roles:
TenantOwner,TenantUser,ReadOnly
Platform layer (Voisnap)
- Infrastructure, telephony carrier connections, AI provider routing
- Fully invisible to your clients
Getting started
- Apply for an Agency account at voisnap.ai/agency (Professional plan or higher required)
- Configure white-labeling — set your domain, logo, and colors
- Create your first client tenant via the API
- Configure billing mode — self-billed or platform-billed
- Invite the client to their portal
